The feature highlighted the broader trend happening across Texas right now. According to the Irving Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, new business formations have nearly doubled from last year. We're not alone in this pivot—people are creating their own paths because the traditional ones aren't working the way they used to.
Is it scary? Absolutely. The bi-weekly paycheck security is gone. But here's what I've learned: when you're solving the right problem for businesses, and solving it well, the work finds you.
